Well once they're in preview mode they have the zoom tool available. But it is a PITA to zoom to the desired magnification every time they preview a report. So I'm trying to find a way to do that programmatically for them.

I have set up a custom toolbar for reports that includes the zoom buttons. You might want to try this.
