I didn't explain clearly - there are separate FEs on each workstation - those with A97 have an A97 FE. The BE is shared and is currently A97. Which is why it seems so weird that there are these intermittent problems. I really think it is a network issue, however, our network guy is on vacation. My solution - looked like only 1 person was still on A97 so we will get him updated. I have since updated the BE to AXP and so far, no problems. Thanks for responding. If you upgrade the BE to AXP, then your A97 users will not be able to connect anymore, as A97 is Jet 3, not Jet 4..
