Regarding the OpenForm question where I wanted to use Is Null in the WHERE criteria. I knew it should work, it does, if you PUT IT IN THE RIGHT SPOT! :( You know what? I even checked that and missed it -- totally missed it even though I checked it. OpenForm formname, , WHERE clause is of course wrong... OpenForm formname, , , WHERE clause Susan H.
