[AccessD] MS Templates

I've got an odd problem for ya...

If I go to Microsoft's Templates site on the Internet, I cannot
download any Access templates, which are just MDBs. I get the message
that, "Microsoft Access cannot be started. If you have this application
installed on your computer, click the start menu, point to Programs and
then click Microsoft Access to start the application and then download
the template again."

I do have Access installed (2K and 97), which I believe is probably
part of the problem. I tried to do this from another PC in the office,
which only has Access 2K, and it worked fine. I believe that they are
identicle machines, so the problem must lie here. But, I also have a
dual install of Excel (2K and 97), and I am able to download the Ecel
templates just fine.

I thought, maybe, like their message states, if I open Access first and
then download, it would work. However it did not. I tried A97 alone, A2k
alone, both of them open together...nada!

Anybody know why? It isn't majorly important, but I would like it to
work.
