You need to parenthesize the RequestorName and the "/", else when
RequestorName is Null the whole thing will be Null because with your
version the & will evaluate first.

(RequestorName + " / ") & BadgeNumber

RequestorName + (" / " & BadgeNumber)
thats what I think I did.
