Easier to move up
to Access 2000 while still using DAO. However I would suggest using Jet 
SP-6, rather than
SP-3 which comes with MDAC 2.5. (MDAC 2.5 is last MDAC version to 
contain Jet Upgrades after that they are standalone install) Jet 
upgrades at http://www.microsoft.com/data
