Button funkiness - was RE: [AccessD] New look for Colby Consulting

I went through all the pages having Dreamweaver clean up empty tags, non
Dreamweaver comments etc.  Not sure if that will help or not but if someone
who was seeing the strangeness with the buttons could peek at it again I'd
appreciate it.
