[AccessD] Outlook Replies strip off attachments

A "Work Around" that seems to work.

You can copy that attachment into the clipboard.
Then select Reply.
Then copy the attachment into the Reply

I don't know Outlook VBA nor scripting, but think
that either might allow you to program an automated
implementation of the above..
