[AccessD] Outlook Replies strip off attachments

What is this winmail.dat file?

According to the site:

http://www.eudora.com/techsupport/kb/1552hq.html

WINMAIL.DAT is a proprietary Outlook file that allows Outlook users to send
Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format (TNEF) information (see Microsoft's
technical support article at
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q241/5/38.ASP). This TNEF
information is unopenable and irrelevant outside of Outlook.

On the KB article mentioned, it says that "A TNEF-encoded message contains a
plain text version of the message, and a binary attachment that "packages"
various other parts of the original message."

So, it sounds like the WINMAIL.DAT attachment is coming BECAUSE you are
sending in plain text. Weird.
