Drew, I think it is safe to stop archiving the new messages if you choose to do so. But please leave the site up for awhile. I've changed the Search link on the website to show your http://intranet.marlow.com/AccessD link as well as the Wolfware one.

Bro and Seth have plans on how to go about all the archiving. For now, there are other priorities, and since you have the space, just leave it as is until they are ready to ask for back stuff.
