[AccessD] Web form data into Access97

This is written using PHP running on Unix. The information on the form is also 
pulled from MySQL. In FP you could do a simple web to DB form in about 3 mins. 
Providing you have the web server etc

Before this we used to write it to a text file and them import the file into 
access each day.
