[AccessD] Code Librarian - Volunteer

I'd be glad to volunteer to be part of the dev team but not it's leader.

I think it would be a good experience in group development. I also
think that working through a process in team development will help
me manage projects better even when I'm on my own.

How to get the balance between planning, documenting and acutally
getting the job done has been a tough one for me. I've worked for
a government agency who "got religion" about planning, quality and
control. They planned and controlled the H*** out of small projects
but had trouble actually getting quality jobs delivered. I was at a
meeting where they debated how to name Access Indexes for 40
minutes. Their QA gal is the Princess of Darkness personified and
basically acts as a Uber Program Designer - after the fact and with
limited understanding of the customers needs. But she's definetely
got the program under control.

We won't even talk about the process of getting paid. It hurts too much.

I have a real rough ap that takes a swipe at doing this but haven't done
anything with it for a year or so. If elected I will serve and if asked I
will donate this app for a starting point.

Tom
