[AccessD] Form Filtering not working

The problem is you have the form reference in quotes.  Try this instead...

DoCmd.OpenForm "Quote", , , "[QuoteNumber] = " & Forms![Quote -
list]![QuoteNumber]

DoCmd.OpenForm "Quote", , , "[QuoteNumber] = Forms![Quote -
list]![QuoteNumber]"

Using Access 2000 on Windows 2000 SP3
