[AccessD] WinXP Personal

While it is true that you cannot run IIS on WinXP Home, it doesn't mean that
you are out of luck.
There are other web server software solutions (some free) that fill this
void.

If ASP.Net is your cup of tea then ASP Matrix comes with a built-in web
server, for one.

That's a reason for US not to use it, but it's perfectly adequate for end
users, and they can create their own web sites anyway. At least here in
Ontario, a subscription to rogers.com gets you a free web site. Isn't that
the case with most ISPs everywhere?

Another reason not to use it - according to the ASP.Net book I am reading,
it cannot run IIS which means you can't experiment with a personal web page
running right on your own workstation.
