[AccessD] currency format

As you are evidently working in the Netherlands the Euro is the currency in
force, so all your users *should* have gone into Control Panel, run the
Regional Settings applet and selected the Euro symbol as the desired
currency symbol. Then ALL applications that display currency data will show
the Euro symbol.
