[AccessD] Programmer's Guide

Susan,

Just be aware that it hasn't been updated since 1997 (as far as I'm aware, 
2nd edition). That means coverage stops at Jet 3.5 (DAO 3.5), and it 
introduces an "exciting, new technology" - ODBCDirect :).
