Since you've set up your server with IIS, why bother with the Matrix web
server? Just sidestep it and go directly to IIS.

On the other question, Borland is about to release its set of .NET tools. I
have always liked their stuff, going all the back to the $49 Turbo Pascal
:-) Jbuilder was pretty slick. I'm toying around with Kylix, too, on my
Linux box.
