[AccessD] Custom Menus in Access 97

If you go into Customize, you can add it from the list of known commands (it
should be under the File Menu).

Does anyone know how to add a 'send to Email' (Outlook 97) to a custom menu?
I know I have done something similar before, but I just cannot seem to
remember how I did it.
