[AccessD] AXP Can't Make MDE File

In the old days Access 97 used to choke without error making mde files when 
there were too many consecutive line continuations in any module.  The max 
may be higher but I've always limited it to 9 and the problem never 
recurred.  If this is the issue, wonder why they add new features but don't 
fix known bugs that carry over from year to year.
