[AccessD] Building a search form

Simple, for your first combo box, let's say we are talking about tblKB, and
you have the TopicID, QID and Question fields, with TopicID and TopicText in
tblTopics

For the First combo box, use this query:

Select "All" As TopicText, 0 As TopicID
