[AccessD] Slightly OT: Installation protocol

Hi Drew

Punch cards for lunch cards? That was new!

Brings back memories of my first programming experience with punch
cards and Fortran at the technical university. As one of the few
capable of blind typing I could stress those IBM machines to their limit.
The sound was wonderful and you'll never forget it - like a machine
gun - those of you who have tried know what I mean.
The keyboard was magnificent - quality of keyboards has described a
constantly diminishing route ever since (so has the cost).
