[AccessD] Upgrading to Access 2002 from A2K - KB 810415

...the real problem is that MS, having long past identified this substantial
bug in AXP, has done nothing to fix what has to be a relatively simple code
problem ...like you I export to compact but its a RPITA and long overdue for
a fix :((((((
