[AccessD] DAO Version

For a mde library that I need to distributed with A97 or A2k. (There is no
difference in the a2k app other than it can use an a2k BE.)

I was thinking that if the library's reference was to DAO 3.6 in the library
then I could distribute it with both A97 and A2k versions of the app. Maybe
I'm way off the mark here but I'm speculating about preventative measures.

I haven't had any problems with the A97 version library or the FE when
referencing DAO 3.6 but then again I'm not an end user.
