[AccessD] Access 2003 integration problem with VSS

There is a "Visual Studio.NET Tools for Microsoft Office 2003", but
it does not appear to be anything like the ODE we have all come to
know.

I understand that MS has been helping SourceGear market it's Vault
product - a product that was specifically designed to be a
replacement for VSS.  I wonder if MS has given up on VSS?
