[AccessD] Mouse wheel does not work in VBA window

Hey, I wouldn't even use a *mouse* for a long time! <G>  I had to learn,
but that doesn't mean I have to use all the extra buttons and wheels
they put on the darn thing.  Two buttons is ample for me. LOL  I can
never remember what the other buttons do anyhow.
