[AccessD] Always On Top (Final Solution)

That might be a bit difficult, since it hides the Access window, but you
could have multiple popup forms visible, the one that's active would be on
top of the others, and they would ALL be on top of other windows on your
machine.

Excellent.  If I were to make an observation...could similar code be placed
in a module and called from checkboxes located on multiple forms...toggle
on/off as desired?  Don't waste any time on it...just curious given the
problems you've overcome thus far.
