Create the query without the memo field. Then create a new query, bring in all of the fields from the count query and join to the table with the memo field. Bring in the memo field.

Subject: [AccessD] Count Query with Memo

What do you do about creating a Count in a query when there is a memo field?

I need a count of Assets for a report, but one of the report fields is a memo field.
