[AccessD] ot: MS Photo editor only understands .tga files

For some reason photo editor suddenly doesn't understand jpeg, gif etc.  and
what the (*&^%*&$ is a .tga?

Anyone know how to tell photo editor what a jpeg is?

Anyone know of any good free photo printing software?
