[AccessD] Accessing a module outside of the database

This use is what is generally referred to as an Access "code library".
I've done this many times to isolate code that is reused among multiple
database applications.

I've never seen this but thought I'd ask. Is there anyway to access a
module outside of a database? Can I have a database of functions or
procedures and call them from other databases?
