Absolutely do not give them that info!

There is never, ever, a legitimate reason for any company 
other than your bank to know your PIN. 

The fact that they only take debit cards is utter BS. A 
legitimate compay would take MC, Visa, etc. and/or have 
other arrangements.

This stinks of scam to me.
