[AccessD] QBF conversion

I downloaded a copy of Duane Hookom's 'Query By Form' from
RogersAccessLibrary, as mentioned here about a week ago. 
A nice piece of software, that is almost perfect for what I need. Except
that it uses DAO, and I need it to use it in a .adp.
Does anybody have anything similar or perhaps a conversion that I can
use in a .adp?
