[AccessD] Print Previewing a form

You do realize that printing a form is entirely different from printing
a report, right?  By default, a form prints one page for every record.
Is that the intent??

I brought up the idea of making a report, but the client decided they
really didn't need this anyway.  They don't have access to the db window
and stock menus, otherwise this wouldn't be an issue.
