[AccessD] code help please

I think what was happening is that the field is on the report and it is
not set to grow and shrink, or the section it is in is not growing or
shrinking.  Or, I think the question would have been regarding the label
control and not the text field.

I'm thinking that its label will be though, so while making the text box
invisible may be a bit unnecessary the IsNull test itself is still
valid.
