And if the combo is populated with values already in the table, you would at
least "suggest" a level of uniformity.  The record source would be something
like "Select Distinct PersonTitle From YourTable Order By PersonTitle".  Be
sure the Limit To List property is set to No to allow the users to enter
titles that may not be in the table.
