[AccessD] record locking in a report

Here's what help says:

Specifies whether records in the underlying table or query are locked
while a report is previewed or printed.

In other words, it determines whether users can modify those records
while the report is being printed or previewed. That seems reasonable
to me.

Here's something I've never given any thought to -- report's have
Record Locks property. Does this mean that given the current activity
that a record might not make it to the report -- even though it
satisfies all other criteria? I don't really get it, within the report
context.
