I use the vbSendMail.dll with the problem being it goes straight to the SMTP server and you need to know the name of the SMTP server. Apparently I think there's something out there called Outlook Redemption (or similar) which you can use. If they check the allow for checkbox, you can make it work for like 10 minutes without prompting you. This should be enough time to send the emails. Hope this helps.
