[AccessD] Open a File Dialog Box

Hi Greg

This calls for a class module.
Karsten Pries, a German fellow, has one for download at:

  http://www.karstenpries.de/access

It contains a ShowFolder too.
Comments are mostly in German but you can easily find out.

We recently brushed it up a bit. It works very nicely and is very easy
