[AccessD] Connect to db with different wrkgroup

I'm currently using Access 2003 with a 'new' mdw workgroup file. I need
to lookup data from the 'old' Access database (v.2.0 format with mda
workgroup file) until I can port the old application and data over to
new database with data in SQL tables.
-connecting to a SQL database I can specify userid, password - I was
hoping I can do the same to connect to another Access db/table.
