No and No. I have no control over the source data. I can put those fields into the new table I am creating from this data but I don't think that's what you're getting at. Our client will be using the demographic data from this institution (source data that I have no control over) and then adding to the created table similar data from other institutions that they(the client) will do the data entry on.
