*WARNING: I am not a QuickBooks developer. I am only commenting on what I
saw on Intuit's website.

It looks like QBFC (QuickBooks Foundation Classes) are exactly what you are
talking about: A set of COM objects that interact with Quickbooks data.
http://developer.intuit.com/qbSDK-current/doc/pdf/DevGuideQBFC.pdf

Are you talking about writing wrappers around these, or something else?

Ok,
The first question is.. Does anyone here currently (or have plans in the
future) to programmatically interact with QuickBooks 2003 or greater, either
on a data or "front end" (Version 2004)level?

The second question, would anyone here be interested in grouping our
efforts together to come up with a "wrapped" solution, such has been done
with the BEU?

I'm looking at a Class based solution that can handle all the major
functions a typical company would need to interact with QB.

 What Say You?
