Devastating news Arthur.  You seem to be handling your situation very bravely.  Let all of us gain strength from Arthur's and send a truly heartfelt thank you for all of his involvement in this list.

Please let us know if there is some foundation (medical research or otherwise) that perhaps we can make a donation in your name.
