[AccessD] Hopefully simple... Problem with Office XP help

Hello

Sorry if this ones a bit simple but its driving me mad.

Somehow I have managed to hide the tabs and toolbar in the office XP
help. I can no longer search the index or see the contents etc. and can
see no way of turning them back on.

Any ideas...?
