[AccessD] Missing Months in a crosstab query

I may have asked this before Jim and I am sorry for the repetition.  I have
been gone for a week or so and am just now trying to sort through my emails.
I have printed your reply now and will use it right away to see how it
works. Thanks for your reply and my apologies to all for the duplicate
question.

Didn't you ask about this a couiple of weeks ago? Did you try this?

"Check out p 157 of Getz's ADH. He suggests using the IN clause. EX:
PIVOT column-headings-field [IN(value1[,value2[,...etc]])]"
