[AccessD] Fw: Tab limits for tab controls

I don't need that many -- but I'm writing about them and that's just part of
the information -- I need to tell them how many tabs are allowed --  just
part of a comprehensive look at the control. Don't worry, I'm also telling
the gentle reader to NOT use them all. ;)
