It's probably recycling old computers, monitors and other electronics with
toxics in them.  Big deal now.  Turns out old computers are loaded with bad
stuff.  Here about twice a year you can bring all your stuff to the stadium
for recycling.  I think HP sponsors it. I understand it's going over to
China where they extract the gold and other stuff.
