[AccessD] Bid announcement

I recently read an old National Geographic (mid-1990s) article about Taiwan.
It showed heaps of old computer parts with laborers digging through it and
separating it by hand for processing. It stated it was mostly shipped in
from the U.S.

It's probably recycling old computers, monitors and other electronics with
toxics in them.  Big deal now.  Turns out old computers are loaded with bad
stuff.  Here about twice a year you can bring all your stuff to the stadium
for recycling.  I think HP sponsors it. I understand it's going over to
China where they extract the gold and other stuff.
