[AccessD] Discard changes in a query

Hi Roz
It sounds like DoCmd.SetWarnings has been left False. Just execute a
DoCmd.SetWarnings True in the Immediate window and see if that cures it. If
it does, and the problem cmes back, then some code somewhere is setting it
False and not back to True again.

Subject: [AccessD] Discard changes in a query
Date: 09/08/05 08:36

Another stupid question from me...

I have just taken over working on a databae app, nothing scary, just a
training records database. In this database, unlike any other I am currently
using, I do not get the option to discard an unsaved query. I have to save
it with a name and then delete it. How can I set it so it just throws it
away, like my other databases do?

TIA

Roz
