		 Yes Indeed I found it, however the code is based on the
	winsock.dll
		which I guess is not installed by default. I guess you need
Vb6
	to
		distribute it, SO I have started the process of puzzling out
a
	system
		using the http://www.ostrosoft.com/oswinsck.asp .dll
