[AccessD] access xp runtime

I checked later and saw that too.  But, my subsequent email with the link
does go to an OEM version of XP Developer.

I looked at this. The $200 offer has been mislabelled or something. The 
product they are offering for $200 is actually Professional not Developer. 
Bummer!! Anyway, thanks for the advice.
