Hi Andy

No, we doublechecked that. It is the native driver of WinXP and it
hasn't been updated for years.

Just a long shot Gustav, but they aren't on a different version of the
printer driver are they? Don't immediately see why that should cause
your
problem anyway, but grasping at straws....
